Finding an appropriate, buildable homesite is often one of the longer processes in custom building. There’s so much to be considered; things like terrain or indenture restrictions, the school district, proximity to highways, your place of employment or other things you consider as conveniences. You see, before you build you want to make certain the location works for you and your family — as well as for the home you want to construct.

Often, homesites that appear fine to the untrained eye (or even the eye of your average Realtor®) may have deficiencies that only a trained, homebuilding specialist can identify in advance.
